The Funeral Home Manager will Provide direction, plan, coordinate and have responsibility for the overall operation of the funeral home. Must have a bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Management. Requires a valid driver's license, a Virginia Funeral Service License or the ability to obtain one, computer proficiency, knowledge of funding plans and options, previous experience managing people and budgeting experience. Must comply with company policies and local, state and government regulations. Prefer someone with at least 10 years of Funeral Home Management experience.
